Position Summary and Job Magnitude The Residence Services Representative is responsible for supporting leasing resident services and daily property operations This role combines front line resident support with leasing and administrative responsibilities helping create an exceptional living experience while maximizing occupancy and maintaining operational excellence 1 Essential Functions and Basic Duties Demonstrate a high degree of customer service on phone calls via email and in personAssist prospective residents through the leasing process including tours applications and lease administrationMaintain organized office systems resident files and property documentationUtilize Campus Living Centres computer softwareFinancial administration including processing payments invoices and reviewing accountsMaintain video surveillance and ensure that cameras are recording at all timesCommunicate pertinent information between staffMaintain student and guest privacyKnowledge of emergency procedures and on call staff proceduresKnow who to contact for various situations including residence staff and facility contractorsEnsure the room status is updated from the housekeeping departmentHandle in a qualified manner; reservations check ins check outs and account settlementMaintain the appearance of the desk lobby and office area at all timesUnderstanding of building departments including maintenance housekeeping residence life and conference and salesResponsible for the front desk operations including making guest key cards payments financial administration producing office reports and keeping key areas tidy and organizedEnsures building keys are used appropriately and responsiblyEnsure the safety and security of the building by enforcing guest and visitor policiesUphold and adhere to all organizational policiesAny other duties as assigned by Director GM other management team membersHealth &
