As a Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will oversee residential unit turns, renovations, and repairs, ensuring homes meet high company standards. You will collaborate with skilled trade professionals while applying your expertise in carpentry and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete unit renovations and make ready in occupied and vacant suites
- Assemble and install doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim
- Interpret drawings and project specifications accurately
- Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs as needed
- Maintain secure and organized work environments Requirements:
