Join a Tier 1 Access Provisioning team supporting Capital Markets technology access across Canada, the US, and parts of the UK and Asia. This role focuses on processing and managing user access requests, including provisioning, modifications, revocations, and access-related incidents within established timelines and controls. The position supports high-volume BAU activities within a hybrid environment and works closely with internal technology teams and business partners.

Contract, Toronto, 1 day per week on-site, day can be flexible.

Must Haves

1+ years in

access management , technology support, or service request management environments

Experience with

ServiceNow

access requests, provisioning, modification, and revocation activities

Experience working with

Active Directory

(ARS) and Microsoft Exchange

Following

documented procedures

within established controls, policies, and standards

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Nice to Have

Experience with ID creation across multiple infrastructure platforms

Experience working with Active Directory or ServiceNow

Responsibilities

Execute add, modify,



and revoke access requests within established timelines

Process getIT requests related to new hires, transfers, and terminations

Manage and prioritize assigned access request queues based on SLAs

Investigate and resolve access-related incidents using established procedures

Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and communication notes within ServiceNow

Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and redundancies related to access provisioning

Collaborate with internal technology teams and business partners to complete access requests accurately
