Responsibilities Provide client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership, and program management for enterprise-scale Workday implementations. Collaborate with client senior leaders to architect and implement goal-aligned, enterprise technology solutions; drive delivery that meets or exceeds engagement objectives. Build enduring client relationships and identify opportunities for additional project work. Lead and mentor project teams; contribute to professional development in project management and technical dimensions.



Ensure alignment of resources and investments to help clients achieve long-term sustainability. Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations. Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management. Excellent oral and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration. Ability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially literate client executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism. Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications. Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration. Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
