Sinclair Supply Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to enhance customer service and drive sales at our Surrey location. This is a hands-on role that combines strong customer service skills with HVACR product knowledge. You will assist customers with their purchases, relay important information about delivery and inventory, and provide product recommendations, ensuring a smooth experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in-store and through phone or email inquiries • Relay inventory and delivery information to customers • Research and recommend HVACR products to clients • Enter, pick, and pack sales orders accurately • Maintain and clean the sales counter area
Requirements: • Strong customer service skills in a sales setting • Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred • High School Diploma or trade experience • Minimum 2 years in counter sales or customer service • Willingness to learn new products and software
