Dans ce rôle, tu assureras principalement le suivi et la coordination des expéditions domestiques et internationales, tout en collaborant avec différents transporteurs, fournisseurs, entrepôts et équipes internes. Une première expérience dans un environnement de distribution, logistique ou expédition constitue un atout, mais nous recherchons avant tout une personne organisée, débrouillarde et confortable avec les outils informatiques. Voici ce que l'on t'offre pour ce poste de Coordonnateur(trice) Distribution: Rejoindre une compagnie internationale renommée, dans le secteur du transport aérien Poste temporaire avec possibilité de permanence Horaire de 35 heures par semaine, de 8 h à 16 h, du Lundi au Vendredi Bureau au centre-ville de Montréal Facile d'accès en transports publics, proche de la station de métro Square-Victoria Belle occasion de développer ton expérience en logistique et distribution dans un contexte corporatif international Coordonner et assurer le suivi d’environ 2 à 3 expéditions par jour, au Canada et à l’international, avec les transporteurs et partenaires logistiques Préparer les documents et étiquettes d’expédition,



mettre à jour les informations dans les systèmes internes et assurer le suivi des livraisons Soutenir différentes activités du département, incluant les retours, le contrôle de certains produits reçus et diverses tâches administratives liées à la distribution Première expérience en logistique, distribution, expédition, coordination de commandes ou administration opérationnelle souhaitée connaissance de Salesforce considérée comme un atout et connaissances de base d’Excel Capacité à communiquer efficacement en français, l'anglais est requis sur un base journalière pour dialoguer avec nos partenaires internationaux; Distribution Coordinator Do you have some initial experience in logistics, distribution, shipping, or order coordination?

A major international organization located in downtown Montreal is currently looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join its team.

In this role, you will mainly be responsible for coordinating and following up on domestic and international shipments, while working with various carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.



Previous experience in a distribution, logistics, or shipping environment is considered an asset, but above all, we are looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable with technology.
