Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience
• SailPoint IIQ servers hygine
• Experience with IAM, and infrastructure architecture
• Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g.

• Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/AD)
• Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving.
• Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance/oversight

Soft skills

• Strong communication skills for employees above and below
• Cross-functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure & App teams

Nice to have

• Prior Deloitte or Big-Four experience
• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• CyberArk Vault (PAM)
• Experience with Azure/Entra, specifically IAM related
