As a senior individual contributor, you will be working alongside business leaders and HR partners, youll act as a trusted talent advisor, leading searches across a diverse portfolio of functions while helping shape recruitment strategy in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

What Youll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand business priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of functions and levels, including senior and hard-to-fill positions
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and talent trends to support hiring decisions
• Develop strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs
• Influence stakeholders throughout the hiring process while maintaining pace and accountability
• Act as a brand ambassador across professional networks and social platforms
• Leverage recruiting technology, ATS platforms, AI tools, and sourcing solutions to improve effectiveness and candidate experience
• Track hiring activity, pipeline health, and recruiting metrics while providing regular updates to stakeholders

What Were Looking For

• Recruitment experience combining agency and in-house environments
• Experience recruiting within software, SaaS, technology, or related industries
• Track record hiring across multiple functions, including sales, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, consulting, HR, finance,
  
  
  
  and corporate roles
• Strong sourcing capabilities and success engaging passive candidates
• Ability to operate as a true talent advisor rather than a transactional recruiter
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and navigating changing business priorities
• Strong knowledge of recruiting systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing methodologies
• Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and hiring needs can shift quickly
