With a caseload of diverse clients, your role will include developing individualized Employment Action Plans, assessing client needs, and providing ongoing support to ensure job retention.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage client caseload and achieve KPIs monthly • Conduct assessments to identify clients' employment strengths • Develop individualized Employment Action Plans for clients • Maintain face-to-face contact for job readiness support • Facilitate employer visits to ensure suitable working conditions

Requirements: • Experience in client assessments and coaching • Knowledge of local labor market and community resources • Strong report writing and documentation skills • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings • Criminal record check must be completed
