As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of By-law Enforcement staff, demonstrating leadership in a crucial regulatory setting. Your responsibilities include staff training, operational monitoring, and direct oversight of enforcement activities for various municipal by-laws. Utilize your expertise to manage investigations, coordinate with external agencies, and ensure consistent enforcement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and staff activities
• Implement and maintain standard operational procedures
• Train and develop enforcement staff for compliance




• Coordinate investigations and respond to complex inquiries
• Liaise with external agencies for effective enforcement
Requirements:
• 2-year Diploma in Police Foundations or Law and Security
• Certification as Municipal Law Enforcement Officer (MLEO)
• Minimum five years of by-law enforcement experience
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
• Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s license
