Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with robust Private Equity (PE) Valuations domain expertise to support the design and implementation of a data-intensive valuation workflow. The role will own end-to-end process mapping, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and act as the key liaison between PE Valuations, deal teams, and engineering .

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of trading comparables, precedent transactions, EV bridges, multiple selection, and IFRS fair value requirements , along with experience in data modeling, schema design, UAT, and financial accuracy validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map end-to-end PE valuation workflows, including inputs, transformations, outputs, and dependencies.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, review gates, and configurable valuation parameters.
  
  
  
  
• Manage data schemas, field definitions, source hierarchies, and controlled vocabularies.
• Collaborate with valuation, deal, and engineering teams to resolve design decisions.
• Validate prototype outputs against real deal team models for accuracy and auditability.
• Coordinate UAT and develop test cases for financial accuracy.
