Job Summary
We are seeking a energetic and energetic Restaurant Supervisor for Par and Pour to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and foster a welcoming environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold service excellence, and ensure smooth restaurant functioning from opening to closing.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards
- Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency
- Manage cash handling procedures using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members to build a strong, capable staff
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a positive dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with food ordering, and oversee kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Support bartending activities when needed,
including serving drinks responsibly in accordance with alcohol service laws
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for both guests and staff at all times
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
- Leadership qualities with experience in team management and staff development
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality background including hotel or barista experience is a plus
- Effective communication skills for interviewing new hires and coordinating team activities
- Experience in restaurant management roles within the food industry or hospitality sector
