Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, passionate, and detail-oriented Keyholder to join our team. In this dual role as a shift supervisor and retail brand ambassador, you will lead daily store operations, guide budtenders, and ensure every customer receives top-tier service. You will rotate across key store functions, including opening/closing duties, ID verification, sales floor support, checkout, and inventory management in the vault.

Key Responsibilities

Store Leadership & Operations

- Manage store opening and closing protocols, including alarm setup, security, and facility checks.
- Supervise floor staff and maintain a clean, safe, and organized retail environment.
- Execute point-of-sale (POS) transactions and assist cashiers during peak store traffic.

Customer Experience & Product Knowledge

- Provide accurate, friendly, and knowledgeable recommendations on cannabis strains, formats, accessories, and consumption methods.
- Assist customers promptly, answering questions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders as they are submitted.





Compliance & Inventory Control

- Strictly adhere to all provincial cannabis regulations, AGCO guidelines, and internal company policies.
- Assist with inventory intake, product stocking, stockroom organization, and reporting discrepancies.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Certifications: Active CannSell Certification (Must be completed prior to interview).
- Legal Age: Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Background Check: Clear criminal record check required prior to interview.
- Experience: 1+ years in retail sales, inventory handling, or supervisory roles (cannabis industry experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems (Cannabis POS training provided) and basic inventory management routines.
- Cannabis Expertise: Strong working knowledge of cannabis formats, terpene profiles, accessories, and evolving product trends.
- Personal Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, high integrity, strong multitasking abilities, and an outgoing, team-first attitude.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Experience

- Cannabis Sales: 2 years (preferred)
