Key Responsibilities:
• Implement programs tailored for Indigenous groups • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness • Conduct needs assessments in the community • Collaborate with organizations for resource synergy • Organize national events emphasizing youth leadership
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • Minimum 3 years of program coordination experience • Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and socio-economic issues • Strong project management and communication skills • Experience in report writing preferred
