The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of corporate and operational networks. This role serves as the first line of support (L1), managing incidents, responding to alerts, and collaborating with internal teams, vendors,



and field services to restore network services efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Understanding cloud and network best practices combined with guiding principlesUnderstanding the impact of network incidents to operations and organizationHave the required skills to execute the deployment of Cloud Platforms and Data NetworksAdapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.Provide Level 1 support for network-related incidents and service requests across all prioritiesManage and update tickets using ITSM toolsCoordinate with Field teams, Vendors, Internal network/security teamsEnsure all assigned tickets are actioned promptly and within SLA guidelinesDocument detailed updates, troubleshooting steps, and next actions in ticketsEscalate complex or critical issues to L2/L3 teams with proper handoverMonitor network infrastructure using tools such as Orion and NetScoutTrack: Network availability (nodes, links, circuits)Performance metrics (CPU, memory,



bandwidth utilization)Respond to alerts proactively to minimize downtime and service impactRespond to inbound calls and emails for network-related incidentsFollow standardized call handling procedures for all interactionsCoordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolutionEnsure minimal call abandonment and timely response to escalationsMonitor and action: Unassigned incident queues, NOC/shared mailboxes, Track planned outages, maintenance notifications, and vendor communicationsSend service notifications and awareness updates to stakeholders as requiredPerform initial troubleshooting of network issues including connectivity failures, device/node outages, performance degradation, and identify recurring issues and elevate appropriatelyFollow up on vendor actions and ensure timely resolutionThis role requires in-office attendance.Basic Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience working in network monitoring and managementHands‑on router/switch/firewall managementCertification in network technologies such as CCNAPreferred Qualifications:Strong documentation skillsExcellent communication skillsSD WAN and SD AccessCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
