By doing these things we help them create success for their customers and their people.The impact you will have:Assessment Services help customers save time, reduce cost, and lower risk by providing clear insights across key IT domains such as Datacenter, Cloud, Storage, and Networking.What you’ll do:Support the scoping and drafting of assessment statements of work (SOWs) under senior consultant guidance, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and delivery standardsAssist in executing customer assessments by collecting, validating, and organizing technical data from on‑prem and cloud environments using approved tools and methodsHelp guide customers through data collection activities, including remote access setup and assessment tooling, with support from senior team membersAnalyze customer data against technical and business requirements to identify risks, optimization opportunities, and initial recommendations for senior reviewSupport assigned assessment projects by contributing to task planning, milestone tracking, and customer communication under directionMaintain accurate project updates and activity tracking in SalesforceContribute to high‑quality, customer‑facing deliverables using standard templates and best practicesCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, GTM, Customer Success) to support a smooth and professional customer experienceFollow established standards, tools, and processes while sharing observations that may support continuous improvementWhat you’ll bring to the table:1–2 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, datacenter‑related technologies,



or a related technical fieldFoundational understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP1–2 relevant vendor certifications (or willingness to obtain within a defined onboarding timeframe)Analytical and problem‑solving aptitude with a desire to develop the ability to explain technical findings clearly to customersExposure to or interest in creating technical reports or assessment deliverablesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot)Solid written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused mindsetPost‑secondary degree or diploma in a technology‑related field (or equivalent practical experience)Compensation:A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $48,800 to $61,000 annually + 6% Target Incentives. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification.
