and volume balance methods to raw measurements and laboratory data.* Model and track feedstocks, products, components, inventories, transfers, and other material movements across the plant.* Integrate AVEVA Production Accounting with historians, relational databases, LIMS, and Excel/CSV data sources.* Configure validation rules and workflows that identify missing, inconsistent, or erroneous measurements.* Develop yield accounting balances that support operational and financial reporting.* Configure event-based data management and reconciliation processes for timely, accurate reporting.* Build web-based reports, analytics, and KPI views that provide a consistent source of production information.* Configure reporting across multiple models and databases, including complex and multi-site environments.* Enable report exports to Excel and PDF for analysis and downstream business processes.* Investigate reconciliation exceptions, data-quality issues, and integration failures, and coordinate corrective action with relevant teams.* Produce solution documentation, test scenarios, user guidance, and knowledge-
