Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Looking for 15-25 hours, must be versatile to working day shifts, evenings and weekends.

Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries - Process transactions accurately using cash registers and credit card machines - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise - Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques - Assist in inventory management by conducting stock checks and replenishing products on the shelves - Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives Qualifications:





- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records effectively - Proficiency in cashiering, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Knowledge of technical sales concepts is a plus - Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency in English is advantageous - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Join our team as a Sales Associate and embark on a rewarding career in retail sales!
