As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help customers find products that suit their needs, provide knowledgeable and responsible product information, process transactions, maintain the store, and help ensure customers have a positive experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Assist customers in selecting vape devices, e-liquids, coils, pods, and accessories based on their needs and preferences
- Learn and maintain knowledge of the products we carry, including device features, e-liquid options, and compatibility
- Operate the POS system and process cash, debit, and other payments accurately
- Follow all age-verification and store policies when completing sales
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked product displays
- Restock shelves and assist with receiving and organizing inventory




- Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock or product-related issues to management
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful product recommendations
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and general store maintenance
- Work effectively as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly

Requirements
- 19+
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with customers in a retail environment
- Willingness to learn about vape products and industry regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
