Role Description This full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role is based in Calgary, AB.

The Retail

Salesperson will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Daily responsibilities include answering questions about vaping products and accessories, processing sales transactions, handling exchanges, and ensuring shelves and displays are clean, stocked, and organized. The role also involves staying current on product features, promotions, and store policies, and communicating these clearly to customers.

The Retail

Salesperson will contribute to meeting sales goals, follow all safety and compliance guidelines,



and work collaboratively with the team to support smooth store operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to engage customers and support store revenue goals.
- Solid Product Knowledge related to vaping products and accessories, with a willingness to learn and stay updated.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening and clear, respectful interaction.
- Reliability and professionalism, with the ability to work in Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB on a full-time schedule, including evenings, mornings, and weekends as needed.
- Basic math and point-of-sale (POS) skills for handling cash, card payments, and inventory checks.
- Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Commitment to following all applicable laws, age-verification procedures, and company policies regarding vaping products.

Pay: $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
