The Role

The Digital Strategist is an intermediate role responsible for developing and implementing digital tactics for our clients. Reporting to the Digital Director, the Digital Strategist will be responsible for translating client business requirements into digital insights and solutions. Your expertise in a variety of digital channels and platforms, combined with your strategic thinking and analytical abilities, will drive our clients' online success.

What you will do…

• Broad digital role working across a mix of clients and projects. This person will act as a digital champion on the team, helping ensure work follows digital best practices and identifying opportunities to improve digital experiences across channels.
• Focused on digital strategy, SEO, user experience, content, websites, email, and emerging digital trends. Ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the dots between audience needs, business goals, content, search, and digital execution.
• Primary focus will be supporting a range of clients across industries, with opportunities to work across websites, campaigns, email programs, content ecosystems, SEO initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
• Social isn't a core focus here, as we have dedicated specialists supporting that area.
• Strong focus on SEO strategy and optimisation, including content audits, keyword research, competitive analysis, AI search visibility, search intent mapping, technical SEO reviews, and ongoing recommendations that improve discoverability and performance.
• Will work closely with senior team members, helping develop digital recommendations, supporting client projects, contributing to strategic thinking, and collaborating on ideas, opportunities,

Who you will be…

• We're looking for someone with strong digital fundamentals and a broad understanding of how channels, content, technology, and user experience work together.
• Solid presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to structure strategic narratives and create polished PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Good amount of mentorship and learning built into the role, with strong exposure to senior digital strategists and specialists across disciplines.
• Team fit is important. Looking for someone collaborative, easy to work with, and a strong team player.
• Ideal profile is someone humble, curious, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in digital.
• Strong communicator who can turn complex digital concepts into clear, actionable recommendations and is proactive in identifying opportunities and bringing forward ideas.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $84,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
