Earls is seeking a passionate Shift Manager to join and grow our leadership team. You’ll lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through each service. You will help train staff, solve problems quickly, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere with a focus on hospitality and teamwork. The role requires at least 2 years in restaurant or hospitality, leadership experience is a plus, and a solid willingness to learn and receive feedback.
