Lead our School-Aged Child Care program with BGC Okanagan in Kelowna, BC. As Program Coordinator, you’ll foster a positive, inclusive environment for children and families.

This full time role entails overseeing day-to-day operations at the North Glenmore Club. You will develop, implement, and evaluate programs that meet the needs of children, youth, and families, while ensuring compliance with all guidelines. Your leadership will be essential in recruiting and managing staff while maintaining effective communication with families and community partners.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the assigned childcare program • Recruit, hire,



and provide orientation for program staff • Offer direction and performance feedback to ensure quality • Maintain confidential program and client records • Manage program budgets and coordinate diverse programming

Requirements: • Minimum three years of related experience, including supervisory roles • Diploma in human/social services • Leadership and teamwork skills • Valid First Aid Certification required • Class 4 Driver's Licence or willingness to obtain
