This role combines traditional analytics with strong financial acumen, with a focus on forecasting, performance measurement, and business impact analysis.You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights, build robust financial and analytical models, and provide a clear understanding of key business drivers. and customer behavior trends.* Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication.**What You Bring:*** University Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative discipline* 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, financial modelling, or related roles* Strong knowledge of forecasting and performance measurement* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint* Advanced knowledge of SQL* Advanced knowledge of data and analytical software (SAS, Python or R) considered an asset* Experience in building financial models and understanding key financial drivers* Expertise in data visualization and BI tools, preferably Power BI* Understanding of customer analytics and statistical modelling techniques* Strong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a proactive approach to exploring data, asking the right questions, and connecting insights to business and financial outcomes* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders* High attention to detail and data accuracy* Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting* Interest in emerging technologies and advanced analytics* Experience in retail, financial services, or loyalty analytics is an assetWe’re always looking for great talent!
