What You’ll Do

- Perform repairs on vehicles as assigned.
- Perform vehicle inspections and assessments including diagnosis issues.
- Document all work performed to Manufacturer standards and/or recommended on the repair order.
- Road tests vehicles as required.
- Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy.
- Attend all training courses as requested by service management.
- Assist in training and supervising apprentice technicians.
- Shuttles vehicles into and out of service area.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment.
- Set-up and organizes individual work area with designated supplies, forms and resource materials while maintaining cleanliness.

What You’ll Bring

- Licensed 310S Technician Journeyperson
- Maintain all relevant licenses and qualifications
- Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to quality
- A team-first mindset and customer-focused approach
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical repairs and procedures.
- Drive manual transmission
- Knowledge of Provincial Safety Standards




- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract.

Compensation Range: $33.50-$36.50/hour plus proficiency bonus.

Vacancy: This is an additional role.

Reports To: Service Manager.

Location: Onsite in Guelph, Ontario.

Schedule: Times vary, 8 hour shifts full-time.
