Our client is one of the largest service providers in Canada courier and small parcel industry and has a existing job open for Corporate Investigator - (Employee & Supplier Fraud) )- (Organized Retail Crime) to be based out of their office in the Milton -Mississauga - Brampton, ON area .

This is a hands-on corporate investigation role responsible for investigating Payment Frauds, Shipment Frauds, Onboarding Frauds, Asset Protection / Employee Frauds and Similar from start to finish, preparing clear case summaries, and working with Forensic analysts. This requires 4 days a week in office.

The role will focus on:

• Conducting fraud investigations related to customers, employees, claims, payments, shipments, and internal processes.
• Fraud investigations, evidence review, case management, investigation reporting,
• Collecting and reviewing evidence from systems, records, claims, customer files,
  
  
  
  transaction details, and other business information.
• Preparing clear investigation summaries, timelines, case notes, and files for leadership, audit, legal, or external review.
• Working closely with internal external parties, asset protection, fraud analytics, claims, operations and similar.
• Identifying fraud trends, control gaps, process concerns, and areas where risk can be reduced.

Corporate Investigator - (Employee & Supplier Fraud) )- (Organized Retail Crime) , ORC will have minimum of 5-7 years of experience in conducting investigations ideally in Organized Retail Crime ORC, transportation, logistics, warehousing industry, for corporate frauds. Post-secondary education in Criminology, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred. CFE, CPP, or CAMS preferred
