We look for talented and experienced people in all aspects of Property Management, Customer Service, Development, and Construction, people who are committed to delivering the very best in the role that they play to make Medallion a forward thinking, thriving firm.About the PositionOur Leasing Consultants work together with our management team members and are responsible for leasing our available suites to prospects looking for a place to call home.Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing:Respond to all leasing inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, telephone, and walk-in traffic, ensuring a high level of customer service and engagementConduct comprehensive community and suite tours, effectively showcasing property features, amenities, and available units to prospective residentsResponsible for using and uploading Matterport footageManage the full leasing process, including application intake, documentation, reference and credit checks, and ongoing follow-up to convert prospects into residentsPrepare and execute all required leasing paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulationsCoordinate closely with site teams to deliver a seamless and positive move-in experience for all new residentsCollaborate with property management and site staff to complete turnover and pre-move-in inspections,
ensuring suites are fully prepared and meet quality standards prior to occupancyCollaborate with property management and site staff on move-outsTrack, maintain, and update leasing activity records, and prepare regular leasing and performance reports as required by managementConduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offeringsProvide recommendations to management on pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies based on market insightsMaintain the presentation and cleanliness of the leasing office, model suites (where applicable), and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment for prospects and residentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents to support leasing goals and resident retentionAssist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives by proactively engaging with current residents and addressing concernsQualificationsMinimum 2 years in a customer service, sales-related roleProfessional and service-oriented approach to daily dutiesAbility to multi-task and work well under pressureStrong sales and closing related skillsComputer experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and ExcelDesire to work with people and the ability to remain customer focused in a fast paced and constantly changing environmentAdaptable, organized and flexible - the ability to handle different problems as they occurAbility to work evening and Saturdays as required#J-18808-Ljbffr
