Oversee Fleet
Technicians and ensure exceptional roadside assistance for our members. This regular full-time role focuses on team management, safety, and customer experience. You will coach Fleet Technicians while promoting a culture of safety and accountability. Strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train Fleet Technicians for optimal performance
- Promote a 'Safety First' culture through regular roadside visits
- Manage the operational KPIs for Fleet Drivers
- Foster teamwork and engagement within the fleet
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent execution Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive industry experience
- Prior supervisory experience in a related role
- Red Seal certification in Automotive Mechanical repair
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver License Lead and inspire a team while ensuring excellent roadside assistance in your current role at BCAA.
