Northstone Ltd. is hiring experienced sales representatives to join our Calgary team as Roofing Sales Specialists / Closers. If you’ve worked in real estate, automotive sales, insurance, home improvements or another sales industry, we’d like to hear from you. We’re looking for people who can build trust, handle questions confidently and turn a good conversation into a signed project.
You’ll meet with homeowners, understand their roofing needs, present proposals and follow up with them throughout the sales process. Previous sales experience, a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are required. Roofing knowledge is an asset, but we welcome experienced salespeople who are willing to learn the industry. You should be organized, dependable and comfortable managing your appointments and follow-ups while keeping customer information up to date.

This is a commission-based position, with the commission structure and payment terms explained during the interview. We provide company sales materials, proposal tools and a customer management system to support your work, with room to grow as the company expands.
