Job Title: Bilingual (English & French) API Support Analyst

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bilingual communication skills (English & French).

Experience5+ years of application support experience| including API and integration support.

Hands-on experience with REST APIs| JSON| XML| OAuth| JWT| SSL/TLS| and API security concepts.

Experience working with external vendors and third-party integrations.

L2/L3 Production Support experience for enterprise applications and integrations.

Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP)| API troubleshooting| authentication| request/response analysis| and vendor integrations.

Experience with API management/testing tools such as Postman| Swagger| Apigee| MuleSoft| or API Gateway platforms.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk| Dynatrace| AppDynamics| or ELK.

Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
