Colony schools offer a unique teaching experience where educators work closely with students, families, and colony leadership to support learning in a respectful and collaborative setting. This posting is for a Permanent Full-Time Educational Assistant Position at Rose Hill Colony School, commencing November 2nd, 2026.

Hours of work are 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Educational

Assistants are an important part of the school team and promote engagement, participation and success of students. Basic knowledge of Grade 5-9 math concepts and the ability to independently facilitate teacher-planned lessons/activities is an asset.

Minimum

Grade 12 education with at least one (1)



year relevant childcare experience Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset genuinely appreciate working with children and demonstrate patience, show empathy, and help make learning fun; possess strong planning and organizational skills while showing initiative ; family health coverage; school breaks and summers off; maternity leave top up benefit; secure pension plan; Living Sky School Division is proudly located on the shared territory of Treaty 6.
