Introduction This role involves working as an RPA BluePrism Developer with a focus on BluePrism, Virtual Machines, and Active Directory. The candidate will be responsible for various technical tasks and collaboration with teams to ensure successful project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years of developer experience with Blue Prism applications
- 6 years of total IT development experience
- 2-4 years of experience in BluePrism development projects
- Experience with Virtual Machines and Active Directory
- Technical skills to investigate and resolve common issues related to BluePrism
- Sound knowledge of Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, Exception Handling, and Process Enhancement
- Ability to utilize critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with processes like Release Management, Change Control, and Deployments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, particularly in communicating complex technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical teams
- Prior work experience in the client's industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience with additional RPA tools
- Experience in a highly regulated environment
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Setup new virtual machines and perform testing of processes on new virtual machines
- Identify issues and provide fixes to those issues
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other teams for dependencies
- Coordinate project activities with onshore and offshore teams
- Operate in a highly regulated, change control managed environment where attention to detail is critical
- Balance and prioritize workload and assist other team members as needed
- Maintain/create support Knowledge Base including creation of support documentation
- Participate in team meetings
