We are looking for a Labour and Employment Associate who enjoys working collaboratively, providing practical solutions to clients, and contributing to a supportive team environment. Qualifications:

3+ years of post-call experience in labour and employment law

Experience advising employers on a broad range of workplace law matters including labour relations, human rights and employment

Strong advocacy skills with experience in labour arbitration, and labour board and human rights proceedings

Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills with a practical, solution-focused approach

A client-service mindset with the ability to provide clear, business-oriented advice

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative, team-based environment

Interest in ongoing career development and mentorship

Member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia (or eligibility for transfer)

Commitment to a management-side practice in Vancouver or Kelowna

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $142,000 - $235,000+ annually, taking into account the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as internal and market equity.
