Assemble window sashes and window frames; apply aluminum clad to wood parts, glaze and install window sash. May require use of woodworking, power or hand tools. MN 56763 RATE OF PAY: $21.50 per hour and overtime pay of $32.25 per hour after 40 hours worked per work week. Returning employees may receive $.25/hour more for each year they return capped at $1/hr. There are no other benefits. No on-the-job training to be provided. Employer will not provide board, lodging or other facility perks. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due and Workers will be paid on a bi-weekly basis. Employer will make all deductions from Workers' paycheck as required by law. For Workers outside of the area of employment, if the Worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, Employer will reimburse the Worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. If the Worker completes the employment period or is dismissed earlier, the Employer will pay for Worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the Worker originally departed to work, except where the Worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where Employer has appropriately reported a Worker's voluntary abandonment of employment.
