Expenditures/reimbursements for travel will be in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive. Support one or more Project Managers or Portfolio Leads in the management of activities on various projects. ~ Perform day-to-day project coordination and administration activities such as tracking, reporting, and facilitating resolution of issues and risks, following up on action items, taking meeting minutes, updating project schedules using MS Project Online. ~ Assist in the creation of project artefacts, including scorecard updates, status reports, and provide input to management reports ~ Perform analysis using tools such as Excel. ~ Assist project managers with day to day tasks. ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ~ Skills and experience creating and maintaining project management artefacts such as risk, issue & action logs,



briefing notes, status reports, presentations, project communications, and meeting minutes. ~ Skilled interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide variety of technical and business stakeholders. ~ Skills and experience gathering data, performing analysis and building reports to support decision-making on project scope, schedule, cost data ~ 3 to 5 years skills and experience in I⁢ project management. ~ Skills and experience building and maintaining detailed schedules in MS Project, ensuring activities are tracked to completion. ~ High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. ~ Experience with Radio technology projects 3 to 5 years skills and experience in I⁢ project management. ~ Perform day-to-day project coordination and administration activities such as tracking, reporting, and facilitating resolution of issues and risks, following up on action items, taking meeting minutes, updating project schedules using MS Project Online. ~ Experience with Radio technology projects ~ High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
