Proficient in OCR, Document Understanding, Communication Mining , and building intelligent automation solutions.
Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Python, REST APIs , and automating web, Citrix, mainframe, and attended/unattended bot processes.
Knowledge of Process Mining, Task Mining, CI/CD, version control , and automation deployment best practices.
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on delivering secure, scalable, and high-impact automation solutions.
