Your responsibilities will include monitoring check-ins for employees, managing public hotline queries, and providing essential information to Peace Officers. Strong skills in technology and customer service are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor government employee check-ins during high-risk tasks
- Manage calls for 310-lands and 310-fire hotlines
- Assist Peace Officers with license plate and registration inquiries
- Handle confidential communication as assigned
- Ensure all interactions maintain professionalism and confidentiality Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
