Good computer skills. When customers come to the counter, greet them in a friendly manner, go find the desired products and process the payment. Answer phone calls in a qualified manner and redirect them if necessary.
Keep the counter clean and organized to optimize the customer experience, as well as to provide effective marketing. Provide assistance to warehouse or sales personnel when needed. We are a major player, involved in the energy transformation in Canada.
