We're currently hiring Sales Representatives for our Nordel location in Delta and were looking for high-energy individuals who are ready to turn their passion for fitness and people into a rewarding career.

What You'll Do:
Greet and support all members with exceptional customer service
Connect with prospects and guide them through the sales journey from first contact to membership sign-up
Give engaging tours of the facility and follow up on online leads and referrals
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain prompt,
professional communicationby phone, email, or in-person
Present daily sales reports to management
Stay knowledgeable about our club, company, and membership offerings
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and a solid willingness to learn and grow
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced setting
- Prior gym or fitness industry experience is a plus
- Evening and Weekend availability is required
