FULL-TIME and PART-TIME TEMPORARY contract until April 2nd, 2026. Available weekdays and weekend. Must be able to start work at 3 AM and on some days until midnight (8 hours shift). Car needed.

Schedules:

Full-time: open availability any day. Able to open our store at 4 AM and sometimes close at night.

Part-time: open availability Thursday to Sunday. Able to open our store at 4 AM and sometimes close at night.

About Us:

Aer Rianta International Inc. is one of the major international airport Duty Free boutiques operator. We are currently looking for Sales Associates (temporary contract) in our store at the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport. Come join our team!

Your key responsibilities will look like this:

- Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Ensure customers receive all the information and help they are entitled to and conduct cross-selling.
- Ensure the shop is fully stocked and that the displays are presentable and attractive.
- Ensure the rotation of all products and that all merchandise is correctly priced and ticketed.
- Perform transactions on the cash register when needed.
- Assist in physical inventory counting, when required.
- Perform any other related tasks, when needed, to support the operations and the supervisory staff.

Do you have what it takes?

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.




- Customer service oriented.
- Seasonal full-time contract
- Qualified attitudes and behavior such as: teamwork, autonomy, dynamism, honesty, versatility, precision.
- Must possess his own reliable transportation.

To be considered for the position, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria as the position is based at an airport. They must either be Canadian citizens, permanent residents of Canada or hold a valid Canadian work permit that does not require sponsorship. Additionally, candidates must not have travelled outside of Canada for more than 6 months in the last 5 years. It is important to note that our interview process does not extend overseas and we do not provide relocation assistance. Additionally, we do not participate in LMIA or any sponsorship programs.
