are at the heart of our priorities. Main Responsibilities
Coordinate the activities of the sanitation team and monitor daily operations on-site.
Ensure compliance with cleaning, disinfection, and sanitation programs according to established standards and procedures.
Conduct inspections, participate in GMP rounds, identify discrepancies, and follow up on corrective actions.
Contribute to analyzing trends related to environmental results, equipment, swabs, and luminometer readings.
Investigate sanitation-related non-conformities and deviations, and implement necessary corrective and preventive measures.
Ensure the availability, compliance, and updates of documentation related to sanitation activities.
Collaborate with operational teams, maintenance, and external suppliers to plan and support sanitation activities.
Act as the primary contact for pest management and ensure follow-up on visits, reports, and required actions.
Participate in staff training and the maintenance of food safety programs.

Problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations, good manufacturing practices, and HACCP principles.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Fluency in spoken and written French; functional English.
Requirements
College diploma, vocational training, or any other relevant education in food, quality, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Availability for occasional night shift presence.
