Senior Helpers - The Villages is seeking a dedicated and organized Client Services and Care Team Supervisor to join our team in Leesburg, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for promptly and enthusiastically responding to all client prospect inquiries, setting and performing in-home client care assessments, on boarding new clients to the agency,as well as overseeing care team staff to ensure compliance with agency policies and state and federal requirements. You will serve as a vital presence in our Leesburg office, ensuring optimal client communications and service, as well as local support and administration for care team staff.

Responsibilities

Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and promptresponse to inbound client prospect inquiries

Setting appointments for and performing new client in-home care assessments to develop effective client care plans

Accurately completing and uploading new client paperwork to agency system of record

Clearly communicate new client case details and care plans withagency team members (e.g. scheduling, HR, operations) and care staff

Care team supervision, including qualifications and credentials oversight and tracking

Assist in training and evaluating care staff to maintain high service standards

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and on boarding agreements, as well s and care team activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations

Local office oversight, including reportingany work irregularities or policy violations,



ensuring office is open, clean and in good condition, reporting needs for updated equipment and office supplies

Requirements

At least 2 years' previous experience in client services, marketing, care coordination, or a related supervisory role, preferably in senior care.

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently while managing prioritizingmultiple tasks

Compassionate and patient approach to working with seniors and their families

Proficiency using and comfort inlearning newtechnology, including Electronic Health Record (EHR)systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in marketing, healthcare or management is a plus.

Clear Level 2 background screening from the State of Florida Agency for healthcare Administration (AHCA), or ability to obtain/pass one.
