Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a Replenishment Analyst for a full-time permanent position based in Toronto, ON. This cross-functional role sits at the intersection of Supply Chain and Merchandising, offering direct accountability and critical impact on business outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Develop broad operational experience while managing replenishment for specific product categories
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage inventory flow into Distribution Centres
- Respond to changes in demand and apply Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)
- Partner with Category Management, Forecasting, and Promotions teams to introduce recent products and maintain existing assortments for promotional, regular, and seasonal demand
- Perform data mining, analysis, and rapid problem solving
- Manage seasonal inventory and replenishment strategy
- Support Supply Chain functions including Operations Planning, Transportation, Distribution, and Inventory Management
- Take ownership and direct accountability for results and metrics
- Negotiate and manage supplier relationships; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
What You Bring:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Math, Business, or Commerce with demonstrated interest in operations and supply chain
- 2+ years of work experience, including Co-op or internship experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
- Experience in analyst roles, especially data-driven, analytical, or process improvement roles
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision making
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder consensus-building skills
Compensation:
Broadband salary range $53,000 – $88,000. Typical hiring range $53,000 – $70,000.
