The successful candidate will be safety-focused, dependable, mechanically inclined, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing setting.Candidates must be flexible and available to work on either shift:Day Shift (35 hrs)Afternoon Shift (35 hrs)Midnight Shift (36 hrs)Overtime and weekend work may be required.What you will be doing:Prioritize safety and follow all plant health and safety rules, policies, and PPE requirementsOperate and maintain flexographic presses and related equipmentPerform setups, changeovers, and job preparationMonitor print quality, registration, and color consistencyTroubleshoot press and production issues to reduce downtimeFollow SOPs, work instructions, and quality standardsComplete production, waste,
