Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Team Member role based in Kamloops, BC.

The Sales Team

Member will greet guests, provide product information, and guide them through menu options to ensure a positive ordering experience. Daily responsibilities include handling customer transactions, promoting specials and upselling items, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and supporting food preparation and product presentation as needed.



The role also involves assisting with inventory-related tasks such as unloading supplies, restocking, and monitoring product levels to meet demand.

Team members are expected to collaborate with colleagues, follow company policies and food safety standards, and consistently deliver friendly, efficient service that reflects Freshslice’s commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to engage guests and build positive relationships.
- Effective communication skills for explaining menu options, handling questions, and working with team members.
- Sales skills, including upselling, promoting specials, and meeting store sales goals.
- Ability to assist with unloading deliveries and managing basic inventory and stocking tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills; experience with POS systems is an asset.

- Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
