Mandatory Skill : Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

- 8+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience, including 3+ years on Salesforce projects.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), preferably in a Capital Markets context.

- Robust understanding of Capital Markets processes (e.g., institutional sales lifecycle, syndicate desk workflows, deal execution).

- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements, user stories, and process flows using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.

- Strong grasp of Salesforce data model, page layouts, flows, reports, and dashboards.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
