We have a Mail Processing & Banking Coordinator available on a part-time basis for 6 months. It is an onsite opportunity and below are the role requirements.

Onsite and would need to be at the client site.

Downtown Toronto

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, classify, and distribute incoming physical mail.
• Prepare documents for scanning and maintain accurate digital records.
• Scan, index, and organize correspondence and financial documents.
• Ensure mail and scanned documents are processed in a timely and confidential manner.
• Prepare and process cheque deposits using approved banking procedures.
• Complete daily bank deposits through cheque scanning equipment and online banking portals.
• Verify deposit accuracy and maintain supporting documentation and records.
• Monitor deposit confirmations and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Follow company policies and security procedures for handling confidential information.
  
  
  
  
• Assist with administrative and document management tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in mailroom, administrative support, document processing, or a related role.
• Have some exposure to Lease administration
• Experience handling financial documents and cheque deposits.
• Proficiency using scanners, document imaging systems, and online banking portals.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working in a high-volume mail processing environment.
• Familiarity with banking procedures and electronic cheque deposit systems.
• Knowledge of records management and document retention practices.
