This is an exciting chance to contribute to real projects, support complex marine construction work, and learn from industry leaders while developing practical skills that will set you apart in your career.What You’ll Be DoingOffice ExperienceSupport the Estimating Team in preparing competitive bids and winning workAssist in developing conceptual through to detailed project estimatesReview tender documents and perform quantity take-offsHelp maintain organized estimate files and supplier pricing dataField ExperienceAssist with project execution to ensure alignment with plans, designs, and specificationsSupport project reporting, including progress tracking and risk assessmentsContribute to procurement and logistics coordination (materials, equipment, labour)Identify potential site issues and communicate proactively with the Project ManagerParticipate in reviewing construction methods, design inputs, and specification changesHelp ensure all work meets safety, quality,
