Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Lead Pastry Cook to oversee the preparation and presentation of a variety of baked goods and desserts in our busy culinary establishment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in baking, cake decorating, and food handling, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a Lead Pastry Cook, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards in our pastry department, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring timely delivery of all baked products.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards.Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic skill to meet presentation expectations.Oversee daily kitchen operations related to pastry production, ensuring efficiency and consistency.Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, safety, and techniques.Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.Manage ingredient inventory, order supplies as needed,
