- Develop, plan and deliver original brand activations and experiential events across the Quebec region- Negotiate, draft, monitor and implement partnership agreements- Implement and coordinate internal and external communications strategies for maximum initiative visibility- Draft strategic marketing briefs and collaborate with communications teams including integrated strategy and creative studio- Design and roll out small-scale initiatives and major events aligned with marketing goals- Plan event calendars and production schedules, coordinate event steps, scout locations and manage budgets- Oversee partnership contests, including web and social copy, contest rules, legal approvals, prizes, promotional visibility and winner/supplier follow-up- Assist the media relations team with drafting and distributing news releases- Coordinate with programming and technical teams on remote broadcasts linked to community activities and partnerships- Coordinate, train, guide and support brand ambassadors- Evaluate activities and campaigns, conduct post-mortems and optimize results- Manage and respond to partnership email inquiries- Support event and cultural engagement operations as neededRequirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, advertising, marketing or a related field- Three (3) years’ experience in a similar role- Advanced French reading, speaking and writing skills- Knowledge of CBC/Radio-Canada, its mandate and its programming- Demonstrated negotiation, planning and organizational skills- Passion for event management and flexibility to adapt to event schedules and demands- Leadership, self‑direction,
sound judgment and initiative- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure- Creativity in designing promotional events and brand activations- Ability to meet tight deadlines- Proficiency with project management tools such as Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Jira and Canva- Exceptional writing and editing skills- Good knowledge of the creative community in the Quebec region- Experience with and robust grasp of marketing principles and brand‑building strategies- Flexibility to work irregular hours or extended shifts as required by event schedules- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence- Successful completion of a practical test and interview- May be subject to skills and knowledge testing- Candidates advancing in the recruitment process must complete a mandatory criminal record check and other applicable background checksCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in event management, strategic marketing, and partnership negotiation, with a strong ability to coordinate communications and manage multiple projects effectively.
